Author E.D. Small, is a Winner of the 2022 Reader’s Favorite International Book Award Contest.

His award-winning first published book and poetry collection, ‘Melting Faces in Cracked Mirror’ debuted at #1 in New Releases for both African Literature and Death, Loss & Grief Poetry. This book has also peaked at #13 for Bestsellers in Literary Speeches.

Since publication on February 28, 2021, Melting Faces in a Cracked Mirror has been added to four libraries: Deland Public Library, Deltona Regional Library, Hope Regional Library (Daytona Beach, Florida), and The Little Free Library of Lake Helen in Florida.

The success of this project has led to the author being featured in magazines and several newspaper articles.

E.D. Small was born and raised in the city of Deland, located in Central Florida. He attended Savannah State University. He is a husband to his loving wife and a father to three adorable children.
