Steve Good

Steve Good was born in Surrey, England in the mid sixties, and has three children, all now discovering their own unique futures. He has worked for a High Street bank in various roles since leaving Portsmouth Polytechnic in 1985. He gained an Open University BSc. (Hons) degree studying part time in 2015, having studied since 2003.

‘Stitch In Time’ (written under the working title of ‘Scorch’) took almost as long to get from imagination to completed novel having been started in 2006! He now lives with his rescue dog Felix in the West Midlands. He also enjoys making music (relatively badly!). 'Stitch In Time' is Steve's first novel. Steve felt that an update was well overdue following the impacts of Greta Thunberg and the pandemic which he feels changed the paradigm, hopefully for the better, and set about a new edition during the lockdowns in 2020/21. Steve reformatted and updated 'Stitch' further for 2024.

Steve has also written the children's book 'Is Felix Special' inspired by his real life loyal companion.

In 2024 Steve published 'Ghosts Anonymous' - a quirky take on death and the hereafter. It's the Afterlife, but not as we know it!

He is currently working on a follow-up - watch out for this in 2026!
