Claudio Reilsono

Claudio Reilsono is entering his 38th year of working in baseball, 16th as the Head baseball Coach at Carnegie Mellon University and 21st as the General manager/Professional baseball Scout with the Global Scouting Bureau. Claudio also hosts " The Claudio Reilsono Show" Where he interviews sports Sports Legends of the 70's 80's & 90's as well as talking sports with friends. He is the TV host of " Pittsburgh's Ring talk" and is the TV co host of " Steel City Sports World" and " Steelers Pre-Snap show" H e is also a speaker. He enjoys talking about and sharing his stories and the lessons he has learned along the way about the topics of Leadership and Motivation. He has written a book on the topic of Leadership : " Lead from The Heart up, Not the Neck up" How to create a positive, winning culture on the field and in the office. Claudio feels " They won't care how much you know, until the know how much you care" style works..and he has proven it.

The first part of the book Claudio will share stories on things he saw from leaders on how not to lead. How not to treat people. He will also share some mistakes he made as a coach. The second part of the book Claudio will answer many questions he has received over the years on the topic of leadership. The third part of the book, Claudio will share testimonials from former players that will show how his way of leading works..both on the field and off.

As said in the title, not only will this help coaches, but anyone who is in the leadership role. His ways, his thoughts, his teachings will not only make you a better leader, but will help you provide a culture where the people you lead will want to work harder, will want to succeed and will appreciate and care for you..the leader.
