Kacie Starr Long

Having once made history, at the age of 26, as St. Louis’ youngest elected official and first African-American woman to represent her district on the St. Louis Board of Aldermen, Kacie Starr Long is a leader with a passion for serving in her community and advocating for those in need. Kacie held her political position for five years until, during a time of prayer, she felt the call of God on her life to work full-time proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.

Today, Kacie hosts Inspired Overflow, where special guests are given a platform to share their testimonies and Kacie ministers about the redeeming and transforming power of Jesus Christ. She also live streams via a special broadcast called, "Breakfast with Kacie" where she prophetically shares encouraging words from God. She is the author of several books and enjoys coaching and mentoring women who are called to ministry, healthy living and business.

Kacie is married to Alfred T. Long Sr, and they are the founders of Jacob's Ladder, a non-profit serving families impacted by incarceration.
