Jeremiah Ruesch

Jeremiah is a consultant for the Kings County Office of Education. Prior to serving the districts of Kings County, Jeremiah worked for six years as the math coordinator and instructional coach for a K-12 district. Jeremiah is passionate about fostering curiosity and promoting a growth mindset in mathematics for all learners. Before teaching high school in 2008, Jeremiah taught mathematics at the college level. Since 2013, Jeremiah has been uncovering the mathematical understanding of learners of all ages, incorporating technology as a tool for learners to access and enhance their learning. Jeremiah firmly believes in the power of being a connected educator, investing in others, and growing better together. Jeremiah spends his spare time chasing after his toddler, or recovering from chasing after his toddler, while his patient wife has to put up with both boys.
