Nitya Malik

Nitya Malik is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) who has taught hundreds of yoga classes across all age groups, focusing on movement and mindfulness. Milton Finds His Way Home is her debut children's book. After calling Minnesota home for over 15 years, she and her husband recently relocated to New Jersey.
