As a child I lived in my head a lot. I was described as a dreamer. Growing up, I always heard and was aware, of the presence of spirit around me, guiding me. Like so many people, life has had positive moments and challenging times too. Over the years there has been much laughter, love, heartache, tears, pain, anger and anxiety. I am truly grateful for each experience, good and bad, even though at times it was so very hard. A key moment in my spiritual journey was the realisation of how important these experiences were, at soul level. They were all lessons. I recognised why I had them, and the part they played in my evolving soul. I also began to realise that the words I write and speak at times, are channelled from spirit.

My wish is to teach and pass on wisdom from spirit, to help others to peel away their layers, to learn to observe their minds, and find the stillness within by reconnecting with their authentic self. Ultimately to experience 'being' Divine Love.
