Sarah Wagner

Sarah Wagner is the Author of Unleash Today and Project Manager based in Beijing, where she enhances trade relations between her home country Germany and China. Before moving to Beijing, she earned an LLM in European and International Law from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, with stays in Hong Kong, Toronto, Bordeaux, and Moscow.

Previously, she acted as Senior Policy Manager for the biggest European Tech Trade Association DIGITALEUROPE in Brussels, Belgium. She also gained work experience at the German Embassy in Washington DC, US, and as Head Delegate of the G20 Summit for Young Professionals in Sydney, Australia.

Next to Unleash Today, she co-founded Here She Is, a podcast featuring inspiring diversity leaders and role models, with her two sisters. Her efforts to empower young women has been recognised by being shortlisted for the German Digital Female Leader Awards 2019.

Sarah loves swing dancing, travelling China, and learning her sixth language, Mandarin.
