Robert Griffith

Robert “Griff” Griffith is a retired teacher and lifelong creator who has taught everything from history and computers to graphic design, programming, and photography. Today he writes and publishes books that mix creativity with usefulness—journals, logbooks, coloring and activity books, cookbooks, and regional history—aimed at helping readers learn, reflect, and enjoy the process.

Based in Tennessee, Griff also helps preserve local coal-mining history through community work and research. His writing style is practical, encouraging, and occasionally humorous, with a focus on making big topics feel human and approachable.
