Deanna Amodeo

Deanna Amodeo left behind a traditional lifestyle in New Jersey to acquaint herself with an unfamiliar world. She spent her early twenties in a state of never-ending travels, embracing different cultures, opening herself up to a wide array of unique people, as well as experiencing diverse lifestyles around the world. She has a passion for connecting to humans, hearing their stories and learning through their life journeys, as well as her own journey of simply being human.

Amodeo’s first book, When You Stand Up to the Sun, details her travels and what she learned from them.
