Randy Jondal

I'm a family man with a marvelous and supportive wife and five great children, four grandchildren and a sweet great-granddaughter. My family is my motivation. I wrote my first short story when i was 13. Granted, it was horrible, though I did grab some attention in High School for being acknowledged as the most creative writer in my English Lit class. The years passed and in the late 70s, I banged away on my typewriter, penning my first novel-length book. Twelve published novels later, with five more in the works, and I've done far more than I ever dreamed. I am a huge fan of science fiction; my all-time favorite movie is Forbidden Planet. I have long studied World War II, inspired by the many family members who fought in that war, I intertwined that era with some of my writings, specifically the Passportal Trilogy.
