Ingrid Howell

Ingrid Howell received her BA in Creative Writing, English from Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she also delved in the arts, including music, acting, and film. Her creativity sent her down many different entrepreneurial paths including becoming an electrician which is her main occupation. While being a stay at home mom, however, Ingrid’s creativity achieved new heights while building toys for her son, Lion. She started a business making Montessori-based Busy Boards and wrote her first children's book. After the launch of her book, Ingrid and Lion were both diagnosed with similar neurodivergent conditions - Ingrid with ADHD and Lion with high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder with a high IQ. Finally having a name to explain her vast interests, Ingrid is excited about the Little Lion Cub series, her Busy Boards as well her upcoming apparel projects!
