Robert (Munro) Monarch

Robert Monarch (formerly Robert Munro) is an expert in combining human and machine intelligence who currently lives in San Francisco and works at Apple. Robert has worked in Sierra Leone, Haiti, the Amazon, London, and Sydney, in organizations ranging from startups to the United Nations. He was the CEO and founder of Idibon, the CTO of Figure Eight, and he led Amazon Web Services’ first natural language processing and machine translation services. Robert has a PhD from Stanford.
