MZ believes that creativity is not a luxury — it’s medicine. Her books, courses, and printable resources blend drawing, journaling, mixed media, and mindful art-making into tools for stress relief, self-expression, and everyday happiness.

When she’s not creating, MZ works as a data scientist (yes, the mathematician who draws flowers). She lives in Pakistan with a studio full of ink, paint, paper scraps, and at least three unfinished junk journals.
