Her DAR work has her singing publicly and proudly the National Anthem at many public events. She loves singing. She also adores her husband, Wiley Ronald Strickland, and being married for 57 years and being the mother of Kerry Ann and Jaime Marie. Both are married to great fellows, Andy and Brian, and they share great vacations together. Sharon's house is always a beehive of fun and making great memories. Enjoy her book. It is actually her story. She loved spending her time deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains in southwestern Virginia! Now, her grandchildren, Liam Wiley, Keely Ann, Emma Teresa, and Briana Marie love visiting the ancestral home and land of Sharon's family.
