Abbey lives in Northumberland with her partner and co-author, Richard, and their two young children. They are custodians of a small Ancient Woodland Nature Reserve. The woodland is the inspiration for Abbey's art and their writing and poetry. Abbey's aim is to share with children a love of books and a love of nature: the keys to a life of wonder.
