Meredith Haley Whiteley

Meredith Whiteley is an historian and higher education researcher. She has written on a wide range of topics, including women’s early voting in the West, the Colorado River Controversy, and strategic planning. She grew up on a farm west of Phoenix where irrigation and the battle for Colorado River water were everyday topics. She worked for many years at Arizona State University in the area of Institutional Research and Planning, editing and publishing in the field.
