Anna Perry (previously Anna Wood) is a coach, mentor, writer, and guide for driven, high-performing individuals who want to grow and succeed without sacrificing themselves in the process.

With a background spanning psychology, financial services, entrepreneurship, peak performance coaching, Rapid Transformational Therapy, and nearly two decades of personal development, Anna blends emotional intelligence with practical strategy in a way that is grounded, human, and deeply transformative.

She has spent almost 20 years working for herself, building multiple six-figure businesses from scratch, mentoring on national programmes, and supporting clients across the UK and internationally. But her work is not rooted in theory alone — it comes from lived experience.

For many years, Anna looked successful from the outside while privately feeling not good enough as a mum, partner, and business owner. Despite achieving more, it never felt like enough. A pivotal moment — sitting in her car on her driveway — became the turning point where she chose a different way of living: one rooted in self-trust, alignment, and emotional freedom.

That decision led her to become a Tony Robbins Results Coach and Business Results Trainer, and ultimately to create her own body of work under her brand, Aligned.

Today, Anna’s work sits at the intersection of alignment, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, energy, high standards, and emotional mastery. Through her signature frameworks — including The Imperfectly Perfect Pathway, The Alignment Audit, and the personality and perfectionism archetypes she has developed — she helps perfectionists, people pleasers, achievers, and leaders step out of survival mode and into lives that feel authentic, spacious, and sustainable.

Anna lives in the UK and is a proud mum to two boys, who continue to be her greatest teachers.

Her books are an extension of her mission: to help people build lives and businesses that reflect who they truly are — not who they were conditioned to be.
