Marcel M du Plessis was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and grew up on a steady diet of ghost stories, space adventures, and fantastic myths. He has a degree in Literary Criticism and has taught Literature and English for several years. He is a keen TTRPG player, gamer, movie watcher, and (most of all) reader. He hopes to give his readers the same kind of escapism that has helped him through hard times.
