MJ Wexler

M.J. Wexler is a mother to a sweet toddler, who has more energy than a box full of puppies. Knowing that her young son would not be able to sit through a traditional Seder, M.J. decided to write something at his level. But M.J. saw more in the Passover story. M.J. believes that standing up to injustice is the most important lesson in religion, and wrote Moses Could Have Been Selfish to help children understand oppression, and to stand up for what is right.

M.J. currently teaches at UCLA. M.J. has also spent time as a Hebrew and religious school teacher, and youth group director.
