Mukul Gupta

Mukul P Gupta is a Professor of Marketing & Management. He took his basic degree in physical sciences in 1979. He is a Gold Medallist in the MBA programme of 1981 from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur India. His doctoral work has been in the area of advertising effectiveness.

In a career, that spans 40 years, he spent over 10-years in industry, marketing and Advertising, and the rest in academics. He has been to 30 countries spread over five continents for professional engagements. He has served as head of a premier business school in South Africa and another leading business school in India.

His current academic interests are in the areas of Strategy, Communications, and Consumer Reactions. He engages with international organisations and Indian enterprises assisting them in making wiser decisions.
