Sophie Saint Thomas

Sophie Saint Thomas is an award-winning journalist and a six-time author. She grew up in the U.S. Virgin Islands and attended school in the South. Her writing, which focuses on sex, love, as well as drugs, recovery, and spirituality, can be found in Cosmopolitan, Playboy, GQ, Glamour, Marie Claire, PRIDE, VICE, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.

Saint Thomas previously worked as Allure Magazine’s resident astrologer, Refinery29’s sex staff writer, and a producer for VH1’s Behind the Music series.

She, her husband, and her orange tabby, Major Tom Cat, split their time between New York City and the mountains of Pennsylvania.
