Bella Luna is a Spiritual Life Coach, Mystic, and Self-Love Advocate. Her main mission within her business is to help people fall in love with themselves and their lives, to live in alignment with their core values, and become the version of themselves they were always destined to be.

It was through her own experience of domestic abuse, that propelled her into a journey of exploration and self-discovery. Bella describes surviving an abusive relationship as being released from prison. Suddenly she was aware of all the small, and large, decisions she was allowed to make for herself.

It was through this freedom of choice, that led Bella to discovering who she truly was, what lights up her life, and the potential waiting to be unleashed. It was through this re-birthing process that has helped her realise that her true calling is to support other people in living their highest truth, discovering self-love, and stepping into their full power.

Early Life

Bella grew up in North London and suffered with depression from the early age of 12. She struggled throughout most of her teenage years, battling with suicidal tendencies, self-harm, and sexual trauma. At the age of 17, she was admitted to an in-patient unit for adolescents with mental health problems. Within 2 months of being discharged, she met the person who would become her abuser.

For 2 years she endured a life of fear and isolation. Picking up practical tools along to way to keep her safe and sane. More than a decade later, and she owns her own Spiritual Life Coaching business, is a facilitator, spiritual mentor, healer, and now, a published author. She supports individuals who are disenchanted with their lives and coaches them on how to become their best selves and create a life they love.

After nearly a decade of working on her self-worth and confidence, she now lives to share the secrets to life after abuse, and how to make the most of your challenging experience.

Although she would not wish abuse on anyone, she does thoroughly believe that our challenges are gifts we can then give back to the world by sharing our experiences and wisdom.
