Michael Chase Corley

Michael Chase Corley is the Owner & Head Coach of Heritage Muay Thai, President of the United States Muaythai Federation, and a former professional boxer and Muay Thai fighter.

Michael Chase Corley grew up in Spring, TX and was a multi-sport athlete growing up until he began boxing his Junior year in high school. He was introduced to the world of MMA and Muay Thai by UFC vet Yves Edwards and began competing in local competitions.

Michael was selected to the USA Muay Thai Team for two consecutive years, 08 Korea & 09 Thailand. He remained in Thailand after his first professional fight in 2009, living, working, and competing at the Fairtex Bangplee Camp.

Notable accomplishments include fighting in the original Lumpinee stadium, and being one of only two Americans to win in the Toyota Cup.

In 2012 Corley took some time away from Muay Thai to pursue Professional Boxing. In that time he amassed a perfect record of 3 wins, all by way of knockout, with no losses.

In 2017 he won his retirement fight in Chiangmai, Thailand by KO.

Coaching and USMF

Michael took the role of Head Coach for the 2016 USA Team at the World Championships and Pan American Championships. He has trained 7 USA Team athletes, produced a 3X IFMA Gold Medal Winner and Current World Champion, and IFMA Pan American Gold Medalist. Along with multiple North American Champions in the open class division.

He now serves as the President of the United States Muaythai Federation (USMF). He is currently the Vice President of the Confederacion Panamericana de Muaythai, and is on the Board of the International Federation of MuayThai Associates (IFMA).

Michael also earned his Bachelor Degree in Sports Management from Texas A&M University in 2007.
