A writer and dreamer...

I learned to read in the first grade. I can still remember my teacher's name. If I close my eyes and really think about it, I may even be able to recall the smell of the classroom. She will never know it, but that day changed my life forever. My passion was ignited. No matter the trials that come my way, whatever I have ever gone through, or will go through, it is the one thing that nobody could ever take from me. My stories and poems were destroyed, but my love for reading and writing has grown.

I have always been a passionate person, filled with dreams. Now, after recovering from many of life's hurts, I am turning my dreams into reality. If I can make just one child smile, or help one person have a little bit of joy in their day, I have made it. Thank you for visiting my page. I hope it will grow into something wonderful over time.
