Ricardo Gattas-Moras

In 2013, we met in Houston, Texas and quickly realized that we had a strong connection. We became close friends and ultimately decided to partner in life by getting married in 2016. Despite having many differences, we complement each other well and view ourselves as each other's "yin and yang." Our journey as a family began when we chose to adopt, and we were blessed to welcome our son, Cy, and daughter, Cam, into our lives a year and a half later. Being parents has brought us immense joy and love, and we have been fortunate to watch our children grow and develop a passion for reading. This shared love of literature, along with our desire to support parents and educators in promoting diversity and inclusion, inspired us to become authors. We hope you enjoy our books as much as we enjoyed creating them.
