Stephen Novak lives on the coast of Australia where he works as a journalist and freelance writer. When not recording the real-life stories of people, he works on fantasy and science fiction novels spanning multiple series.

The decision to start writing didn’t come until much later in life, but Stephen has been around storytelling all his life. From a young age, family members often recounted tall tales that stretched the truth far into the realms of fantasy.

After a few years spent at university, where he eventually left with a Bachelor of Writing and a dislike of cities, he moved to the coast where he engages in a healthy mix of skateboarding, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and travelling.
