Dr. Trillion Small

Trillion Small has a Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling and is an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Dallas in the Behavioral & Brain Sciences Department. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified John Maxwell leadership development strategist. Additionally, she is a Sport and Performance Psychology Consultant where she provides mental training for high performers from the locker room to the boardroom.

She is also a recent TEDx Speaker. Her talk title is “Overcoming the Fear of Love” where she provides the psychological and neurological perspective of fear; particularly as it relates to love. She spoke at TEDxSMUWomen. Additionally, Trillion is the Founder and Lead Organizer for TEDxFrisco.

She is the owner of Attachment Leadership, LLC where she provides business psychology consulting. She provides customized wellness & leadership development programs, emotional intelligence corporate training, and youth development curriculum. She is also the founder of a new non-profit called, Prepare Academy. They provide mental health services (i.e. counseling, psychoeducation, and training) to underserved youth and developing young adults. Additionally, she is the author of 6 books and the founder of her publishing company, They Speak Publishing.
