Sari Fordham

Sari Fordham is a writer and environmental activist who grew up in Uganda in a house surrounded by jungle. In her lifetime, she has seen that jungle disappear. She is committed to protecting wild spaces around the world. Sari has attended Bread Loaf Writers' Conference with a grant in nonfiction and has been a resident at Djerassi Resident Artist Program. She teaches creative writing at SUNY Oswego and lives in upstate New York with her husband and daughter. WAIT FOR GOD TO NOTICE (Etruscan Press) is her first book.
