I am a focused and results driven individual, with over 40 years of work experience. I am an Internationally published author, entertainer, and a performance coach within the field of leadership and personal development. I hold a degree in International Marketing and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

I have built my recent success by training managers and leaders to harness the diverseness of their people by using the LAC (Leader as a Coach) approach. I am the CEO of Profectus in Iceland and Whole Brain Solutions, the Scandinavian Agency for NBI.

I have a great know-how in the field of coaching, launching new companies, product development and marketing. In Feruary 2020 I got recogniced as one of 101 Global Coaching Leaders. I have 20 years of practice in teaching and public speaking along with 15 years of experience in the field of digital and graphic design and marketing.
