Machael LaShaunda

Machael LaShaunda, author of *Know Your Judas*, is a poet, playwright, motivational speaker, and humanitarian whose work inspires others to discover purpose, persevere through challenges, and embrace personal growth.

Machael LaShaunda discovered her passion for writing while in middle school. She went on to hone her craft, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Creative Writing. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she wrote and produced her first Christian play with the support and guidance of her mother.

As a humanitarian, Machael LaShaunda is actively engaged in community outreach, serving women, children, and families in underserved communities. Her commitment to service extends beyond advocacy, reflecting her belief that meaningful change begins when one is willing to become the change they wish to see. Through compassion, action, and a heart for others, she strives daily to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Deeply rooted in her faith and family, Machael LaShaunda draws strength and inspiration from both. Her life is a testament to God's grace, purpose, and possibility. She is encouraged daily by her favorite quote from Audrey Hepburn: "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says, 'I'm possible.'" She lives by this philosophy while standing firmly on her favorite scripture, Ephesians 3:20.
