John Spencer Pritchett

John S. Pritchett writes science-driven thrillers and speculative fiction about humanity confronting natural hazards, biological disruption, planetary danger, and discovery beyond Earth.

His fiction is organized around several series. Cosmic & Planetary Fiction explores threats and discoveries that challenge survival and humanity’s place in the universe. Earth Under Pressure focuses on geological forces, intervention, and the risks of acting on incomplete knowledge. The Forces of Earth Trilogy combines personal journeys with earthquakes, volcanoes, and geological change. The Supercontinent Series blends adventure with the planet’s deep history and instability.

Across these series, Pritchett combines science with suspense, exploration, political conflict, and personal stakes. His novels ask what happens when knowledge advances faster than certainty—and whether judgment, cooperation, restraint, and courage can keep pace with forces larger than any person or institution.
