Rocco Scary

John Joseph a.k.a Rocco Scary is a fiction writer, playwright, visual artist and educator. Born in New York City and raised in New jersey for mostly his entire life, he earned an BFA and MFA in fine arts, and has exhibited his work worldwide. Influenced in ecumenical thought, he found a passion in writing fiction which deals with the spiritual element, he has written several stage works for Premier Stages of The NJ State Theater Alliance. His first full novel, The Custodian and the Crucifix, was published in July 2020.
