Stefano Innocentini

Stefano Innocentini, born in Rome in 1959, is a writer, essayist, and cultural communicator. After a long career as a trade union leader within the Italian Ministry of Culture, he chose to devote himself to writing as a means of testimony, inner exploration, and historical inquiry.

His works range from autobiography to mystery fiction and historical non‑fiction. Innocentini made his debut with Dentro la tana del lupo (Inside the Wolf’s Den), an intense and courageous account that delves into dysfunctional family dynamics and the path toward personal rebirth. He later published L’ultima battaglia di un Ardito (The Last Battle of an Ardito), a historical essay dedicated to the figure of Ardito Benedetti Enrico and the legacy of the Italian Arditi. With Il Radiestesista (The Dowser), he ventured into the realm of esoteric mystery, blending suspense, everyday life, and spirituality.

His most recent book, Due vie, una sete (Two Paths, One Thirst), emerges from the dialogue between Buddhism and Christianity and reflects his deep interest in spiritual journeys and the search for meaning.

In 2011, he was awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic by President Giorgio Napolitano, in recognition of his civic and professional commitment.

He lives in Rome with his family and his dog Nina, and remains active in cultural promotion and spiritual outreach.
