Aubrey Jones

Aubrey Jones is a recognized therapist and sex educator, medical professional and founder of the HSTI (Holistic Sex Therapy Institute).

Born in New Zealand, she moved to England at the age of 4 and studied at Queen Mary University of London before she began her career.

Now, having helped thousands of people to improve their sex lives, Aubrey has written a book that she hopes will help many more. Bored with Your Sex Life? Change It! is aimed at the millions of us who have found our sex lives have stalled and want to change that.

It provides ideas and tips for sex games, fantasies, role play and lots more besides, and is the perfect antidote to a flagging sex life that needs an injection of excitement.

In her free time Aubrey enjoys swimming, reading and spending time with her husband.
