Dr. Gail Johnsen’s passion is to call ministry leaders to a holistic way of leadership. In an increasingly complex, uncertain, and constantly evolving culture, Dr. Johnsen is convinced that the courage, interiority, and integration of the leader’s life will be the key differentiator in the coming years. In other words, effective and authentic leadership flow from a well-ordered soul.
Gail Johnsen has served in fulltime Christian ministry for over 40 years. Most recently, she served on the pastoral staff at Faith Tri-cities, WA as the pastor of spiritual formation and women where she was involved in teaching, preaching, mentoring, and leadership.
