I’m completely passionate about Coaching and have a natural skill for bringing out the best in people – it’s what I’ve been doing since Jan 2007. I’ve worked across all sorts of industries – wholesale, retail, recruitment, banking, telecommunications and the service industry – working with and managing teams of 2 to 240 people. Because of this, I understand the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses. I’ve built REACH Business Coaching into a very successful business because I’ve been able to Coach my clients to successfully build theirs. We’ve achieved this by focusing on sales, marketing, telesales, customer services, retention and team building. With one client business, we grew revenues by 830% in one year – that was pretty special.
