Eleanor Baggaley

Eleanor is an education consultant, coach, author and mum to three children, Maya, Oscar and Ava.

She started her career teaching and leading maths and computing in secondary schools in the North East of England. Following two bereavements and a period of work-related stress she left the classroom, but not education, behind. She now supports teachers who want to empower children to be their best selves.

Alongside her consultancy work, Eleanor has written five children’s picture books, taking personal development messages and putting them into a child-friendly format.

Becoming the GOAT is Eleanor’s first non-fiction book. The practices outlined within it are all tried and tested from her work with students and teachers, and from daily life as a busy parent.

Eleanor is passionate about helping people of all ages, through her books, coaching, consultancy and volunteer work.
