Silas Atia Achu

Silas Achu is a leadership development practitioner, author, and coach based in Cameroon. Since founding Lead from the Heart in 2013, he has trained hundreds of leaders across Africa through corporate retreats, coaching programs, and his signature Leadership Heartbeat methodology — a rhythm-based approach to sustainable leadership built on the conviction that rhythm produces results; grinding produces burnout.

Silas brings over a decade of experience spanning corporate management, pastoral leadership, and executive development. His work focuses on three areas: Self-Mastery, Team Synergy, and Transformational Impact — equipping leaders to lead authentically without burning out.
