Marsha Acker

MARSHA ACKER, CPCC, PCC, CPF is a professional facilitator, executive, and team coach. She has spent twenty-five years in rooms where high-growth leaders are trying — and often struggling — to have the conversations that matter most.

As the founder and CEO of TeamCatapult, she works with executive teams at high-growth companies navigating the moments that define their cultures. What she has learned across hundreds of leadership teams is that the most persistent organizational problems are rarely strategic. They are often conversational. And the leaders most likely to break through are not the ones with the best answers. They are the ones who have learned to stay in the conversation long enough to find the answers together.

Marsha is also the co-founder and CEO of Elevate Dialogue, which helps leaders see what's happening in their most important conversations — bringing coaching to a scale no individual coach, facilitator, or development program can reach alone.

She is the host of the Defining Moments of Leadership podcast and the author of The Art and Science of Facilitation and Build Your Model for Leading Change. Staying In It is her third book.
