About the author- Cathy has served 20+ years in multiple human resources /organizational development roles to hire and develop inspiring influential, servant leaders of all ages and stages. She now serves as an executive leadership coach and trainer/ consultant in her own company - Know U LLC.

Cathy's purposeful work:

As a collaborative partner she has co-developed multiple adult career transition programs and ministries for the unemployed to return to "work that inspires". She has also co-created multiple award winning leadership succession programs in business and education.

Serving as a business/public education partnership consultant for high school/ colleges, she designed multiple work readiness/ career development programs. This included experiential learning experiences within business/ industry to "try on a job for size". including business / educational mentoring partnership programs. She has served on multiple boards/councils for various career development organizations at the local, state, and national levels, and also trains career coaches.
