Gerrit Grunert

Gerrit Grunert is Germany's leading content marketing expert, founder and managing director of the content marketing agency Crispy Content®, former managing director of Serviceplan Content Berlin, and author of the standard work "Methodical Content Marketing," which will be published by Springer Gabler Verlag in fall 2019.

He is also a speaker and guest lecturer at the Steinbeis School of Management and Innovation.

Gerrit Grunert holds a degree in social sciences from Humboldt University in Berlin. His visionary streak was already evident during his studies, when he unerringly struck a chord in 2003 - one year before the Zuckerberg era - with his final thesis on the topic of "Internet and Community - On the Question of Community Formation among Musicians on the Internet."

Since then, he has worked for various media companies in various editorial and online positions, including Sevenone Intermedia, the ddp news agency, and Research International. After his last station at MTV Networks Germany, he founded the content marketing agency Crispy Content® in May 2010.

With his agency Crispy Content®, Gerrit Grunert has worked for international companies from a wide range of industries, including Red Bull Media House, Viacom International Media Networks, Salesforce, Hubspot, Hoffmann Group and Nemetschek Allplan.
