I feel like I have been a writer all my life. I love journaling, poetry and my tastes in music and reading are eclectic. As long as there is a good hook, catchy melody or good one liners then I am usually a fan. My life hasn't been the easiest of journey's but obviously survivable as I am still standing. Often a person who has experienced much of what I have is known as a victim or survivor but I prefer overcomer. I choose to find joy where frequently others may not. I search for silver linings when others might quit. I believe a quality of life is possible for anyone no matter their financial status, education or gender. All things are possible! I have the most amazing tribe which constitutes two sons, a daughter-in-law, two amazing grandchildren and the most fabulous circle of friends anyone could ask for. I am disabled and currently have a full time care giver but my life is still rich and full. One of my hero's in life Helen Keller says it best, "Though the world is full of suffering, it is also full of people overcoming it."
