Scott P Dawson

Scott Dawson is an author, speaker, researcher, and expert in leadership in topics that lie within the obscured boundaries of innovation, learning, power, and collaboration. Scott is also the president of Nspired Ascensions Inc., located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Scott is completing his doctorate in leadership at Capella University, where he also obtained his MBA and BS in Business Management and Project Management. Scott’s love of all things business allows him the opportunity to mentor youth, facilitate professional workshops, consulting clients, and contribute his research findings through publication.

After completion of honorable service in the Marine Corps, Scott launched his career in Corporate America, where he utilized his specializations in project management and lean six sigma. That eventually led him to years of partnership with prominent fortune 100 and 500 companies. It was in this capacity that he realized his ability to help meet many business needs through his experience and knowledge. Soon afterward, his expanding expertise in business allowed him to create his organization that would help educate businesses, entrepreneurs, and educate youth.

Scott continues educating businesses, mentoring youth, and speaking all over the world. Scott is a published best-selling author and is continuously writing another best-seller. Scott’s motto is to “Make a difference today, so there’s a better tomorrow.”
