A Kenyan born girl, brought up in the UK and now residing in UAE, Roxana has spent her entire life chasing storms, and in the process has gathered many credits to her name.
A several times award winner including: "Global Inspirational leadership” award, “Best Woman in Hospitality UAE" award, “The Most Influential Women Leader Award 2019”, and recognized as one of the "Indian S U P E R 1 0 0 Women Achievers in the Middle East & Africa”, Roxana partnered with UN World Food Program; her endeavours managing to feed over 473,000 hungry children in the world and is instrumental in attaining her workplace the coveted CSR Arabia award for five years.
An Accountant by profession, she has an MBA from University of Liverpool in Leadership and is an alumni of the Harvard Business School.
Passion and dreams sit on her shoulder as she leads with heart and strives to make the world a better place. She is the founder of the NGO – ‘abc: an Advent for Building human Capital’ (www.myabcfoundation.org) that accords English to the unemployed in Hunza and Delhi, resulting in a 70% impact in growth.
Her creativity outpours in her expression of spirituality through poetry she pens and the art she collects.
Roxana is a proud owner of gold coins minted in the 10th Century, A Bible and a Qur’an from the 7th Century, a metal urn from the Fatimid era.
Paintings on skin, canvas, and paper - be they oils or pencil etchings by famous artists like Gulgee & Kazmi (Pakistan), Faruki (Egypt) & Choyal (India), and Donald (Renaissance artist) hang proudly on the walls of Roxana’s home.
