Kira Wigod

My name is Kira and I am a mom, wife, social worker, mentor and most recently, an author! I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and currently reside in New Jersey with my husband, Andrew, son, Cayleb and daughter, Charley. I am passionate about mental health and practice psychotherapy full time. I love watching my children grow and learn, especially through books and reading. I hope you enjoy our stories!
