Prof. (Dr.) Usha Dabas is an Endodontist, Implantologist, Healthcare Professional, Educationist, Speaker, Mental Health Advocate, Author, and Writer with 32+ years of academic, clinical, and administrative medical/dental expertise. She has been Founder, Director, and Faculty at Springfield College of Healthcare (Ontario, Canada) for 10+ years, and Director of healthcare programs, Curriculum Specialist, and SME for Canadian Career Colleges Assessments for 14+ years.

As a clinician, she served as CEO, Head, and Implantologist for 25+ years, establishing and running ultramodern Dental, Scan, Cosmetic & Implant Centers, while in academics, she led globally as HOD, PG Guide, and Researcher. She authored 18 dental/medical textbooks, plus highly insightful books combining mental health, social subjects, and literature. A Research Cell and Ethics Committee member and Editor-in-Chief, she won Best Faculty/Academic Awards. She does media outreach (TV, radio, press) and organizes grassroots community mental health talks, wellness lectures, and peer advocacy focused on personal empowerment.
