Nothing makes life more enjoyable than when you are experiencing it with someone you love. And... nothing can make life more miserable and unbearable when you aren't getting along with someone you love. My life has been devoted to understanding why people get along and why some people don't. It has been my life work and my passion. I'm a simple minded person. I had learning problems, the one thing I did have was grit and grind, so with the determination to save myself from misery and the passion to help others avoid the pitfalls that I fell into as a husband, I wrote "How to Turn Conflict Into Closeness."

When I'm not writing, studying, and doing therapy, I'm hanging out with my wife and three boys, boating, camping, cooking and of course eating!!
