Jake Marrazzo

Jake is 20-years-old and is a rising Junior at Wheaton College in MA. He is studying Film and New Media, and will graduate with the class of 2025. Jake has published a children’s book called ‘One Wants to be a Letter’ and his second book was just released. He is working on a screenplay currently and hopes to pitch to a network when done! Jake lives on campus with the help of some Personal Care Assistants and moves home with his parents during summer and breaks. Despite having Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and using a wheelchair as legs, Jake has lived an amazing and positive life. He has appeared on the Dr. Phil show, many local news interviews, keynotes, talks with pharmaceutical companies and is a disability advocate. Jake’s motto is #Dontlivethediagnosislivethelife.
