Mithun Baliga

Mithun Baliga is an Indian born medical doctor living in Atlanta, GA. After practicing medicine in India, United Kingdom and United States, she is now an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Practitioner. Using Ayurveda, the ancient holistic health science of India she helps people improve their health through better diet and lifestyle. She also practices and teaches meditation. She integrates her knowledge of western medicine with Ayurveda and mind body soul medicine to help and guide people in their own personal journeys.

She loves to teach, travel, and volunteer. She lives with her husband and 15-year-old son.
